How does the rental process work?

What documents are required?
Company details, GSTIN for invoicing, authorised contact information and a delivery address. Extra ID or address proof may be requested depending on the order.

What can I rent?

Delivery & support
How quickly can laptops be delivered in Bangalore?
Many in-stock corporate configurations can be dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation, subject to quantity, prep work and location.
Do you deliver across Bangalore localities?
Yes across supported areas including major IT corridors. Pickup at rental end can be scheduled. Logistics timing and charges depend on the order.
What if a device fails during the rental?
Report the issue promptly. We provide troubleshooting or eligible replacement support per the agreement, issue type and stock. Misuse damage may be treated differently from hardware faults.
Can I extend or upgrade mid-rental?
